Free Prenatal Workshop – November 14–15, 2025
Expecting mothers in Baldwin, Jones, Hancock, Putnam, Wilkinson, and Twiggs counties are invited to a free two-day prenatal workshop hosted by Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin in Milledgeville, GA.
This hands-on event will provide clear information about pregnancy and childbirth, along with practical skills to help monitor you and your baby’s health and safety. Participants will also enjoy creative and supportive activities like art, storytelling, and breathing exercises to promote mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Highlights include:
- Interactive learning on body changes during pregnancy
- Techniques for self-advocacy, communication, and family relationships
- Prenatal self-care baskets and gift cards for attendees
- Free daily meals and grand prizes for full participation
