Help Me Grow Georgia is a resource and referral program that is offered through a partnership between the Georgia Department of Public Health and Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia. The program aids families by connecting them to essential follow-up services like infant supplies, childcare, and behavioral services in their community. Families can search the portal by location and insurance type.

Georgia Perinatal Mental Health Resource Guide

The Georgia Perinatal Mental Health Resource Guide was developed by Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia, and Postpartum Support International Georgia Chapter to help families and providers access mental health and wellness resources for pregnancy and postpartum periods.

Wolomi App

The Wolomi App is a community for moms where members get access to pregnancy, labor, lactation and pediatric experts who guide and support them through their motherhood journey in every way. The Wolomi app allows women to undergo mental health screenings, speak with culturally sensitive experts, and get weekly pregnancy and postpartum updates.

National Maternal Mental Health Hotline

The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline provides 24/7, free, confidential support, resources and referrals to any pregnant and postpartum mothers facing mental health challenges and their loved ones. The service is available via phone and text in English, Spanish, and 60 other languages.

Call or text 1-833-TLC-MAMA (1-833-852-6262) to connect with counselors at the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline.

The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline’s counselors provide real-time emotional support, encouragement, information, and referrals. Pregnant and postpartum women can get the help and resources they need when they need it. Partners and family of pregnant and postpartum people can also call the hotline.

Baby & Me Tobacco Free

The Baby & Me Tobacco Free Program strives to inspire and empower pregnant women and their families to overcome nicotine addiction and work to support communities in disrupting the generational impacts of tobacco.

The program is structed to offer support, guidance, and incentives to pregnant individuals who are committed to quitting smoking and ensuring a tobacco-free environment for themselves and their babies.
