The Motherhood Healing Festival is a community wellness gathering centering pregnant and postpartum mothers. This festival offers a sacred space where mothers can connect, learn, and replenish their mind, body, and spirit.
Participants will engage in workshops and mini-sessions led by certified birth doulas, prenatal yoga and breathwork instructors, and mental health professionals. Attendees will have opportunities to explore hands-on educational workshops about maternal wellness, traditional healing practices, postpartum care, and navigating pregnancy while building community and sisterhood with other mothers, doulas, and birth workers.
The day will also include a delicious lunch and refreshments, holistic wellness activities such as gentle movement, guided meditation, and resources for emotional support, along with access to local maternal health organizations serving rural Georgia. Whether you are expecting, newly postpartum, a birth worker or seeking support and connection, the Motherhood Healing Festival provides a space to learn, heal, and thrive!
