Attendees will have opportunities to explore hands-on educational workshops about maternal wellness\, traditional healing practices\, postpartum care\, and navigating pregnancy while building community and sisterhood with other mothers\, doulas\, and birth workers. \nThe day will also include a delicious lunch and refreshments\, holistic wellness activities such as gentle movement\, guided meditation\, and resources for emotional support\, along with access to local maternal health organizations serving rural Georgia.
